CMA School of Arts and Sciences Admissions

CMA requires students to complete an online enrollment application and fax in a copy of the student’s transcript and any other required information to 866-920-1619. The enrollment application allows for the school’s staff to initially place a student based on the personal information provided. In addition, the school requires a birth certificate or equivalent to match enrollment application data. Immunization shots or a religious or medical exemption are also required by law for children in attendance at private schools in Oregon.

By the end of the next business day, the applicant will be contacted by a representative from CMA School of Arts and Sciences to gather any additional information and to complete the enrollment process. Within two business days, a part-time student will be contacted by the course instructor(s), and a full-time student will be contacted by his or her educational facilitator (EF). The EF will work with the student and family to create a learning plan tailored to the student and select additional courses for the student.

The above timeline is different for those submitting an enrollment to be processed later, such as submitting an enrollment in the spring for a start date in the fall. One’s EF will be assigned closer to the actual start date, usually about one week prior to the start date. For more information on the school’s admission requirements, contact CMA School of Arts and Sciences directly.
