About Eaton Academy

Eaton Academy offers group class programs for elementary, middle school, and high school students. These programs meet Monday through Friday for 180 days each academic year, and the multi-sensory instruction incorporates technology and study skills.

Eaton teachers focus on the identification of learning styles, the use of state-of-the-art resources and technology, and the implementation of particular strategies that meet the individual needs of our learners. Educators report student progress to parents at the conclusion of each nine-week marking period, using narrative and numeric reports. Many programs also report grades weekly as well as at the three-week or five-week point. Eaton’s 5:1 student to teacher ratio allows instructors to address students’ personal learning styles. Through the use of technology, multi-sensory instruction, and a wide variety of curricular resources, students achieve significant academic and personal success.

Eaton Academy Accreditation

Eaton Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS/CASI) and the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC). Additionally, the school is a member of GISA, AAAIS, GAPSEC, and NAPSEC.

Eaton Academy Programs

In addition to the rigorous, college preparatory core of classes, Eaton students may choose to enroll in the Mentor or Resource programs. These programs offer a slightly smaller ratio and allow students to have a more individualized curriculum while remaining in a group setting. The Independent Study Program (ISP) features one-to-one instruction on a schedule designed for each student. In ISP, students take the college prep courses they need to graduate with as much or as little tutorial support as they desire.
